Where sufficient participation is not reached, Tadlem Turizm may, when deemed necessary, cancel a published or booked tour up to 15 days before departure, or partially change the hotel names within the trip, the means of transport and their departure points, and the visiting order of the places shown in the programme. Prices are valid on the day the listing is published.
Payments are calculated over the free-market effective selling exchange rate of the day on which payment is made.
Without prejudice to the relevant legislation and the contractual terms between the parties, our company reserves the right to refuse to enter into a contract and/or to provide services — with respect to the services and/or package tours provided by our company and its group companies, affiliates, partnerships and collaborations — to persons who at any time act contrary to the law, the rules of good faith and common decency, who cause disturbance or problems without valid reason, who endanger safety or behave in similar ways; in such cases our company shall bear no liability whatsoever.
