How do I make a reservation?
On a tour detail page, select a departure, room type and number of guests, then proceed with "Book Now". You can pay by credit card or bank transfer.
What is included in the price?
Details are listed in each tour's "What's Included" section. Accommodation, guiding and museum entries in the program are usually included.
What are the payment options?
You can pay by credit card (3D Secure) or bank transfer. If you choose transfer, the bank details will be sent to you.
What are the cancellation and refund terms?
Cancellation/refund terms are stated in the relevant contract. You can create a cancellation request from your account.
