I can't sign in or I forgot my password
Sign in with your email and password on the Sign In screen in the app. If you don't remember your password, email info@tadlem.com and we'll send you a reset link.
I can't complete a booking in the app
You can browse tours without signing in; the booking step requires an account. If you have trouble at payment, you can continue with bank transfer/EFT or call us.
I'm not receiving notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled for the Tadlem app in your device settings. If the problem persists, write to us with your device model.
I want to delete my account
You can delete your account yourself in the app under Support ▸ My Account with “Delete My Account”. You can also email info@tadlem.com and we'll delete it for you. Past reservation and invoice records are retained for the legally required period.
